What Plan is best for you?

Most faults and failures on a vacuum cleaner are usually a result of the lack of servicing and care of the machine.

Here at ScotVac we recommend that you have your vacuum serviced every twelve months. This is why we provide a maintenance plan to cover you in the event that any part of your vacuum should fail (even down to the motor). The cost of the risk is spread over a large number of clients that we already have, and this enables us to give you a low price on the regular service with parts included.

As your machine gets older, the higher the risk of expensive repairs - meaning the greater the benefit of this plan.
One of our engineers must check out the machine before you can take the opportunity to join our plan. This is due to the larger expense an older machine could create. Although the older machines are better, we can only accept machines that are in good working order. Once you have joined we will normally cover your machine until the parts become obsolete, in which case we would tell you in good time and offer an alternative solution. We always put the customer first.

This cover is for customers who use their vacuum for general household purposes. It is cover for the upright part of the Dyson and only tools are excluded from the cover.
